born to be alive

This blog was created to be a battlefield.
Mr. Bürkenstock and I will have a battle to
the death. Our weapon of choice is After Effects.

Here are the rules:

1. DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE BATTLEBLOG!!!!!

2. seriously DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE BATTLEBLOG!!!!

3. YOUR ANIMATION HAS TO BE 15 SECONDS MAX.

4. YOU HAVE TO ANSWERE ON THE PREVIOUS ANIMATION WITHIN 10 DAYS.

5. SOUND & MUSIC ARE ALSO A PART OF THE BATTLE.

6. EVERYTHING IS ALLOWED (FILM, GRAPHICS, FOTO, HANDMADE STUFF.)

7. DO NOT TAKE THIS BATTLE TOO SERIOUS, ENJOY IT AND KEEP LEARNING.

the FXBB rules

welcome to the FX-battle blog! We, a humble fellowship of design students, created and filled this blog with animations. It is a kind of playground for us to experiment and go nuts in.

Nevertheless we put down a couple of basic rules, any violation must and will be punished. The degree of penalty is to be considered by the honorable members of this oh-so-elite club.

THE BASIC RULES ARE:

* the animations must not exceed 25 seconds

* in order to react on someone's animation, a placeholder has to be published

* from the moment the placeholder has been published the author has exactly 72 hours (max.) in order to publish his/her animation

ADVANCED RULES:

* once a month we meet and we have wikipedia.org give us a new topic every author has to react on

* this part of the FXBB is the "Blitzbattle"

* each member creates a short animation concerning the topic wikipedia.org came up with

* the Blitzbattle has to be published within 48 hours

* these are supposed to be compiled within one multi-animation (still working on that, please be patient)
